About

Built for people who go their own way

SoloPip started with a simple observation: independence and connection shouldn't be a trade-off.

Plenty of us live alone, work remotely, take long walks, head out on the water, or travel with nothing but a backpack and a rough plan. It's a good way to live — and the people who love us still like to know how the day went.

The existing options pointed in one of two directions: constant location tracking, or emergency buttons built for the worst moment of your life. Neither fit the ordinary Tuesday, the weekend hike, or the quiet week at home.

So we built the smallest thing that works. A check-in. A schedule that fits your life. A short list of people who'd want to know. And a system that only speaks up when it's genuinely worth speaking up.

Freedom and independence

Living on your own terms is something to celebrate. SoloPip is built around that choice, not against it.

Adventure and exploration

Trails, coastlines, backroads, and new cities. The goal is to go further, more often, with confidence.

Connection without intrusion

No live tracking, no constant updates, no performance. Just a small, honest signal.

Peace of mind for loved ones

The people who care about you get quiet reassurance instead of unanswered messages.

Why "SoloPip"?

A pip is the smallest possible signal — brief, quiet, and unmistakable. That's the whole idea: one small note that tells the people who care about you that you're okay, and nothing more than that.
